What We Are Looking For - Job Overview

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to serve as the cornerstone of our growing data science team.

In this role, you will work closely with our Co-Founder and CTO to develop and implement state-of-the-art machine learning models, and architect scalable, cloud-based solutions.

Your expertise will help shape the future of our data-driven strategies and product offerings. You need to be creative, excited by data, and a natural problem solver. The ideal candidate is resourceful, a self-learner, and a builder at heart who enjoys bringing new ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for structured/tabular data to improve B2B customer retention and software adoption optimization.
• Architect and manage a scalable machine learning infrastructure in the cloud (GCP).
• Collaborate with the CTO and cross-functional teams to integrate models into production environments.
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of machine learning models and infrastructure.
• Implement best practices in data management, MLOps, and model monitoring.
• Optimize data pipelines and training processes for efficiency.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in machine learning and cloud architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in building machine learning models, especially for tabular data.
• 2+ years of experience in architecting cloud-based machine learning solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Sagemaker, GCP AI Platform, Azure ML.
• Strong understanding of data engineering concepts and ETL pipelines.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of feature engineering.
• Problem-solving skills and an ability to thrive in a startup environment.
