What We Are Looking For - Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team as the first SDR in the organization. This position is a unique opportunity to pioneer our SDR efforts, develop and refine our sales development playbook, and lay the foundation for future SDR roles.
The SDR will focus on hyper-targeted prospecting and outreach to generate sales opportunities within SaaS customer success and account management across the US, EU, UK, APAC, and Israel.
Key Responsibilities
- Pathfinder: As the first SDR, you will be responsible for paving the way for our SDR team, developing strategies, and creating a scalable SDR playbook that will shape the future of our sales development efforts.
- Targeted Prospecting: Develop and maintain a comprehensive list of prospects from selected security organizations through continuous research and analysis.
- Outreach: Conduct highly personalized outreach through cold calls, LinkedIn, and email to engage potential clients and generate interest in our solutions.
- Meeting Organization: Coordinate and arrange meetings for tradeshows, both pre-event and post-event.
- Lead Management: Respond promptly to inbound leads and ensure they are effectively nurtured through the sales funnel.
- Demand Generation: Build and maintain relationships with prospects, nurturing them over time to create demand for our products and services.
Qualifications
- Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to craft personalized and compelling messages. Experience with LinkedIn, cold calling, and email outreach is essential.
- Initiative: A self-starter with the ability to work independently and remotely, managing time and resources effectively.
- Language: A native English speaker.
- Self-Starter: Ability to learn methodologies and tools, test new approaches, and leverage data for optimization.
